Collect your bike (ID required) and take it for a ride on your favourite route – then return it to the retailer, get your security deposit back and tell us what you thought!
Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring with me for collection?
In order to release the hire bike, you will need to bring - A copy of the order confirmation, Credit/Debit Card used to make the payment and Photographic ID matching name on the payment card. Failure to provide all the requirements above will result in the hire bike being withheld and a full refund processed.
Can a friend or relative pick up my hire bike?
Unfortunately not – the collection must be made by the same person who made the order. Please be aware of this before placing any orders, or if you have already ordered and now unable to make the collection, please contact us for cancellation and a full refund so you can re-order at a more convenient time.
Will the store require a holding deposit?
Yes a deposit is required to ensure the safe return of the E-bike.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Not a problem – simply contact us via email@example.com, call us on 0800 0159 890 or contact the hire location and inform them of your cancellation. If its within 48 hours, we’ll process a full refund to the payment card.
How will my discount code be provided?
Once the Aberaeron Cycle Works have received the bike back, inspected it and happy with the condition, you will be automatically emailed a unique voucher code.
How long is my discount code valid for?
There is no expiry on the discount code, although it is strictly one time use only.
How do I use my discount code?
Simply head to www.giant-bicycles.com or www.liv-cycling.com, select your bike/size, add to your basket, then apply the discount code upon checkout.
What condition should the E-bike be returned in?
We advise you to return the E-bike exactly as you received it – yes, that means cleaning it!
I damaged the bike or had a problem with the bike– what should do I do?
The first thing to do is contact the Giant retailer where you collected the bike and inform them immediately – they may need to inspect the bike for you to ensure it is still safe to ride, so be prepared to return the bike to the retailer if they request it. Depending on the situation, charges may apply for excessive damage or usage beyond our recommended suggestion as based on our website – we do however understand that these bikes are designed to be ridden, so regular wear and tear is inevitable and will be taken into consideration.
