Squish 26 Purple

£319.99
The world is now your oyster, our 26″ Squish has been designed to look a little more subtle; afterall, 9 year olds are far from babies!

Product information

Available in either 13″ or 15″ frame sizes, our Squish 26 is a great choice for your little cyclist aged 9 years and over.  Of course, at this age, they’re often more grown up than their parents (or so we let them think!), this is why at Squish HQ in Birmingham, we pureposefully designed the colours and graphics to be more subtle.  You still get little Squish clinging onto the front of the bike and cool little hints of colour on the rims, headset spacers and even the rear mech hanger, but that’s just a nod to the playful side of Squish….these bikes mean business!  With 152mm cranks, 32T chainring and Shimano 8spd 11-32T cassette, there’s enough gear ratio’s to get up most hills when powered on sweets, and enough low gears to race back down.  The double-wall alloy rims, powerful alloy v-brakes and robust triple butted frame ensure weight is kept to a minimum, but ensures performance is second to none!

How fast can an E-bike go?

The first thing to remember is that even though E-bikes have a motor, we are still talking about bicycles. They are not scooters.

One of the most frequently asked questions concerning E-bikes is their speed.

So how fast can you go on an E-Bike?

In Europe, an E-bike must have a motor with a maximum power of 250W, assisting the E-Bike to a maximum speed of 25 km/h. In the US, the rules are different. There, E-bike motors can have a max of 500W and assist up to 20MPH (32km/ph)

If the pedal support still functions above these limitations, then the bike becomes a so-called speed pedelec.

So can it go faster than the motor supports?

Yes, sure. It can go as fast as you can pedal, but the motor stops supporting you when you reach the max speed limitation.

With an E-bike, you have the power to reach a speed that is suitable for your way of riding, whether that’s faster than the motor supports or at a speed that’s lower than the maximum motor support speed.

Can you get any exercise out of an E-bike? (under 60sec)

Can you get any exercise with an E-bike?

The answer is that you can decide if you want to get exercise with an E-bike. There are several options to challenge yourself physically if you want to.

  1. You can use your E-bike without any support or in Eco mode and still feel your legs burn.
  2. You can do several laps on the same ride.
  3. You can ride farther and longer with an E-bike.
  4. On your E-Bike you are encouraged by the speed/fun factor, and you can keep going.
  5. If you weren’t riding an E-bike or regular bike before, what would you be doing otherwise?

Empower yourself to get as much exercise as you want with your E-bike.

And… If you prefer, you can also empower yourself to simply have a good time and enjoy the ride without any sweat.

Can I handle the E-bike when the battery runs out?

Can you handle the E-bike when the battery runs out?

E-bikes are supported by our SyncDrive motor technology, which provides support on the most challenging terrain.

But what if the battery runs out? What to do now?

No worries, you can still pedal and get home safely. Is it easy? That depends on what terrain you are riding.

Empower yourself to ride your E-bike even when the battery runs out.

Which E-MTB is for me?

For choosing the right E-MTB, you can choose a Full Suspension or a Hardtail.
The Full-Suspension E-MTB offers front and rear suspension for more comfort and control. The Hardtail E-MTB features only a front suspension.

The first question should always be what kind of terrain are you going to ride?

The Full-E+ offers great comfort and control, which is good for trails and rougher terrain so you can descend easier.

The Dirt-E+ is suitable for riding smoother terrain like XC trails and dirt paths.

Either way, both bikes offer comfort and control on different types of terrain.

Empower yourself to choose the E-MTB which fits you best.
